David Fawcett will be presenting at the Texas Behavioral Health Institute in Austin, Texas. The institute provides training on prevention and treatment of substance use disorders and mental health conditions for those in private practice, employed by Health and Human Services, schools, health care agencies or criminal justice agencies.
